Dubai Properties, a master real estate developer and a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, has won the “Best Master Development” award for its Business Bay project at this year’s Arabian Property Awards.
The achievement came despite stiff competition from various other developments at the event held at the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.
Instituted to celebrate the growth and success of the region’s property sector, the Arabian Property Awards 2008 covered 23 different categories in its inaugural year. Arabian Property is a widely circulated and highly regarded trade publication tracking property development in the Arab world.
