The bayut.com is doing well along with many other dubai real estate websites. As you have mention that this dubai portal is having a community which enables to know about the views of dubai investors, buyers and sellers. After reviewing the reviews of them i think that the investment which are now being made in real estate market of dubai will provide benefits in future and there is no doubt in it.

  1. Sunil Said,

in order for real estate to do well in any economy you need strong fundamentals. when fundamentals are weak, then the property model is flawed. think about it, jobs drive everything right? there are no jobs in dubai right now. when companies dont make money, their stocks go down, people’s investments devalue and they hang on to cash. companies also lay off to save costs, lay offs cause deteriorating buying power so the consumer spends less on everything. if they spend less, they buy less, and companies sell less of their goods. now we are back at circle one. keep repeating that and you will see a vicious circle. until the fundamentals are fixed, property values aren’t going anywhere.

  2. Alexendra Said,

Dubai Property is now sustaining its down fall in its value. Latest experts says that till 2011 Dubai property will rise again as many developments is under process to attract foreign investors again. You have mentioned Bayut.com, regarding that you can be up to date with Dubai conditions through its news panel.

    Cheers
