I used this textbook for my paralegal real estate law course at Blackstone Career Institute, a distance learning school. It’s easy to understand and full of sample real estate forms, exhibits and illustrations that’s appropriate to the topic being discussed. I learned a lot from this “practical” college-textbook. The author is a well-known attorney who is a real estate expert, among others.
